Kate shares more about herself: "I am a searcher, and a student, of writing, philosophy, health and self improvement. I am a transformation consultant and I invite clients to design the best version of themselves from their deepest imaginations.
I was introduced to competing in bikini in 2012. I turned pro at Nationals in Miami in 2014, and won my pro debut in Sacramento in 2015, earning me a spot on the Olympia stage that year. I took two full years away from the stage due to a full hamstring tear, as well as some other life injuries, and returned fall 2017. I recently placed 5th in 2017 and then 3rd in early 2018. I struggle with autoimmune illnesses like celiacs and lupus, and am currently recovering from a relatively major flareup of both.
I am passionate about positive energy and questioning the meaning of life, different for each. I am also incredibly passionate about food, health, intestinal health, mental health and improving the condition of life for others as they age. Eldercare and fitness is one of my greatest passions. I am also in love with my cat, and all animals. I enjoy sharing time and knowledge with others, in every way."
