Today I speak with IFBB Pro Meg DGinto, a 24-year-old online lifestyle coach who also competes for fun! She has always been active and in sports growing up so having fitness as a huge aspect of her life. She thrives on helping people find that balance between enjoying life and still reaching their goals. She credits bodybuilding for helping her build a positive relationship with fitness and food in general. She turned Pro at her first National show and her fourth show ever. She started competing in 2019 and took 2 years off to build her physique, which she credits to turning Pro! 

Meg wants to shake the stigma that bodybuilding always causes harm to someone’s relationship with food and fitness. She wants to help people understand that food is fuel and you need to food to grow. Meg has such a positive outlook on bodybuilding. You don’t want to miss the interview!
