Today I speak with IFBB Pro Shaunta Miller who started competing in 2017 at the San Francisco championships where she placed 4th. She competed at regional shows for 3 years before stepping on a national stage in 2020. She recently earned her Pro card as a Masters competitor at the NPC Teen/Collegiate/Masters Nationals in 2022. She’s a NASM certified personal trainer and also works in radiology. Shaunta talks about competing both in Masters and in Open, and how her physique suits each division. We hear what it’s like to compete and train as a 45-year-old and how that changes her training.

Shaunta tells us about how her family, especially her children, support her in competitor and how their support has empowered her. She also tells us the lessons her children have learned from bodybuilding.

Shaunta is so generous in sharing about her life and experiences. You don’t want to miss this interview!
