As a competitor myself, I understand the appeal and even promotion of this behavior and approach to macros or meal plans but it does not mean the counselor in me shuts it down and doesn’t look at the risks it presents too
I love helping people make peace with food and their body without sacrificing their fitness and physique goals
I believe my unique position in the mental health industry as a competitor and in the fitness industry as a mental health professional makes me well equipped to meet you where you’re at so you don’t have to sacrifice what you love to pursue but you also don’t have to sacrifice your mental health in that pursuit
