-1 serving egg whites (3/4 cup=4 egg whites)
-spices/flavors of choice
-I use Stevia and Cinnamon for my CHURRO ones
- I use sugar free mango sweetener for my Mango Sweet ones
-You can really use anything and do a ton of stuff with this! Just think of your favorite crunchy treat and try out those flavors!
Pour egg whites into a bowl
Use a machine mixer to power mix eggs until you get to a fluffy consistency (should form a cloud like piece on your spoon when you scoop)
Mix in desired flavors/spices (If you use pasteurized egg whites you can taste until you find desired sweetness or flavor)
Pre Heat over to 350
Plop the clouds onto a cooking spray coated pan
Put in oven for 12-15 minutes (times vary so wait until the tops are a golden brown or to your desired crispness)
Take out and enjoy!! They are not burning hot right out of the oven so feel free to put them in a bowl and start munching. I find the cinnamon sugar, "CHURRO" like ones are awesome warm! (Like taco bells CHURRO swirls)

Keep in mind I'm on a bikini competition preparation meal plan so this is very clean, super simple, easy, and extremely healthy. This makes me not HATE egg whites, because trust me I never looked forward to my last meal with egg whites until now...
Munch on these throughout the day when you need a quick fix or have them for your last meal or take them with you to the movies and avoid the heavy, fat, sugary, salty, buttered up popcorn and candy.
